we adapt to the sizes and specifications to suit individual requirements or alternatively customers can choose from our standard range. The reels can be supplied assembled or semi finished to save on the freight costs and faster deliveries. The assembly of the reels can be easily done at the customer’s facilities.We are the oldest manufacturer of plywood reels

Flange diameters range from 8” to 48” (200 mm to 1,200mm).

Flanges manufactured from hardwood and MDF

Paper tubing, wooden barrel ,MS barrel and plastic barrel

Painting and/or printing available

Reels assembly done with MS bolts/MS pipes

We also offer plywood,MDF and hardboard unassembled reels ( 200 mm to 1200 mm diameter; thickness from 6mm       to 40mm ) for easy assembly on site and cost effective transportation
